Depending upon the type and condition of your existing chain of office, we may be able to re-plate components and/or medallions. We need to see your existing chain of office and pendant first to check for feasibility.
We also refurbish by attaching a chain of office to a new fabric collar. Hand-stitching your chain of office to a fabric collar improves wear-ability and handling and is highly recommended.
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
