I purchased this as an add-on/finishing touch of a graduation gift for a bio major. I thought this was such a perfect and creative idea to create one with this graduation cap. I would definitely buy this for other gifts when the opportunity presents itself. Definitely worth it.Perfect decoration for his cap at graduation!This is cute in concept but could work on the design a bit. In person it looks like a demented elephant. When my friend opened it (newly med graduate) she also thought it was a weird elephant. I think if the design was improved it would get the message across better. However, I didn't have the graduate version, so I purchased it on Amazon! I purchased this brain cell, compared to the regular brain cell because of graduation cap. This product is durable and as big as the description describes. The plush comes with a suction cup for hanging in windows, cars, etc. However, I have decided to use this plush as a key chain on my keys, since I always carry my keys and is big enough, you can't possibly misplace your keys. This brain cell also came with a card, that gives interesting facts of the brain cell, you wouldn't learn normally in a classroom. Overall, I'm very happy I order this graduating brain cell and would recommend to all Biology Majors or Biology Lovers.REALLY over-priced (wow, it's gone up since I bought it) but a super-cute gift for high school, college or grad school graduates.It's the same with all these microbes, actually: They're super-cute but way too expensive, but this one, in particular, at least has a clear purpose (graduation gift) that lets you feel a little more justified in buying it. As nerds, we were already sold on its 'kewl' factor. Mrs. F LOVED it though. It is thoroughly perfect for a school setting and is able to be held as a plushie OR as a window hang because of the suction cup being removable.It was a bit squished when it arrived as it's wrapped up in a plastic baggie before it is mailed. But it resumed its normal shape very quickly.Well worth the money!Great graduation toy for people studying brain science
